摘要
应用链杆式平衡管理模型,研究了中国施工企业在施工管理过程中各部门之间的综合资源平衡问题,发现用综合能力数来评价企业各部门的施工水平与管理的综合能力,能最大限度地对资源进行合理分配。结果表明,链杆式平衡管理模型能解决在施工管理过程中对各部门综合能力的无序分配和有效评估,能判断施工管理过程中是否存在项目运行不良现象并提出调整的有效方法。
The equilibrium of resources to each section of construction enterprise was studied by model of equilibrium management of chain-pole. When construction enterprises assign resources to each section for biggest limit ground proceeds, using the number of resources' comprehensively using capability to evaluate levels of construction and ability of management is feasible. It is pointed that the model of equilibrium management of chain-pole can solve unprincipled allotment and availably evaluating to each section synthesize ability in construction manage, and judge circulate bad phenomenon and bring up regularization.
