摘要
为有效控制带式输送机运行的稳定性,系统分析了带式输送机动态分析的自动建模理论。该理论分析包括运行线路的形态函数、质点划分、参数计算、系统状态方程生成及其求解等。在此基础上开发了带式输送机动力学分析的自动建模软件,实现了动态参数的二维、三维图形显示,增加了可视化程度,缩短了计算时间。工程实例验证了自动建模软件的有效性,得出的动态参数值也是准确的,适合工程实际的应用。
This paper presents an attempt to effectively control the stable performance of belt conveyor and offers a systematic studies of the automatic modeling theory of the dynamic design of belt conveyor system. The theoretical analysis consists of the conformation function, particles division, parameter computation and the formation of system state equation and its solution. The theoretical basis contributes to development of automatic modeling of the dynamic design of belt conveyor system, the display of the 2 or 3 dimensional figure of dynamic parameters, obtaining of desirable visualized results and the great shortening of the computation time. It is proved that the software is more effective and dynamic parameter is exact. The software is adapted to the engineering application.
