摘要
将氯化钙镶嵌到中孔的分子筛中 ,以水为工作循环流体 ,得到了高吸附性能的吸附蓄热复合材料 ,介绍了这种蓄热复合材料的制备方法 ,分析了其通过可逆的吸水 /脱水过程蓄热的吸附蓄热原理 ,并对该系列材料的吸附 /解吸性能和系统的蓄热性能进行了实验研究 .实验结果表明 ,复合吸附剂的最大平衡吸附量可达 0 .5 5g/g ,是分子筛 13X的2 .5 2 9倍 ,是硅胶的 2 .6 88倍 ,最大吸附蓄热密度可达 1.4 0 87× 10 6
A new kind of adsorptive heat-storage compound material with excellent adsorptive performance was prepared by embedding CaCl 2 into meso-pore zeolite and using water as the circular liquid.The preparation of this material was introduced and the mechanism of adsorption and heat storage via reversible adsorption/desorption process was analyzed.Experimental research on the adsorption/desorption performance of the novel material and the heat-storage performance of the adsorption system was carried out.The experimental results show that the maximum equilibrium adsorption is up to 0.55 g per gram of dry sorbent,which is 2.529 times that of zeolite 13X and 2.688 times that of silica gel,and also show that the maximum adsorptive heat-storage density can reach 1.408 7×10 6 J/kg.
