The Empirical Analysis of FDI Technology Spillover Effect in the West of China

对于中国西部经济发展来讲 ,引进外资拉动经济增长 ,最重要的手段之一是吸收外商直接投资(简称FDI) ,而如何利用FDI产生的技术外溢效应 ,使高新技术向西部地区传统产业扩散 ,加快提升西部地区的产业结构成为了当前研究热点之一。为便于实证分析拟以设计出衡量西部地区技术外溢效应的“功能极化指标体系”

For the growth of West China, one of the important means to assimilate the foreign investment is by using the FDI. But how to take advantage of FDI technology spillover effect to diffuse the High-tech to the traditonal industry in the West of China and update the industrial structure have become the hot issue currently. This paper intends to design the FDI Technology Spillover Effect's Function Marxism Index System to describe it conometrically.
