由于采购业务经济与钱物打交道 ,因而 ,采购业务领域历来是违规、违纪甚至是经济犯罪的滋生地、高发区。因此 ,有必要通过强化企业科学有效的管理 ,以期防范、控制采购业务违规。
Since Purchese easily makes one connected with money, it is often regarded as an area generating highly-frequent trule-breaking or law-breaking behaviors. The papers calls on to conduct the scientific management in enterprises to effectively avoid the occurrcnce of such behaviors.
