摘要
目的 :对复方当归红花酊进行质量控制。方法 :采用 TL C法对组方中的当归、丹参、元胡、黄芪进行定性鉴别。结果 :TL C鉴别专属性强 ,重现性好。结论 :该法操作简单、实用、可靠 ,适用于该酊剂的质量控制指标。
Objective: To establish a quality control method for the Compound Danggui Honghua Tincture. Methods: Radix Angelica Sinensis,Radix Salvia Miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma Corydalis,Radix Astragali were identified by TLC. Results: The TLC identification was highly specific and the spots were clear and focused with good reproducibility. Conclusion: The method is simple,reliable and feasible,and can be used for quality control of this tincture.
