摘要
目的 :比较不同地区市售桑枝中黄酮成分的含量 ,以评价药材质量。方法 :以芦丁为基准物 ,采用比色法 ,对济南、北京、上海、金华、福州五地区市售桑枝中的黄酮成分进行测定。结果 :测得其含量范围为 0 .2 2 5 %～ 1.12 % ,加样回收率为 97.6 %。结论 :方法准确、灵敏 ,为《中国药典》制定桑枝质控标准提供了重要参考。
Objective: To evaluate the quality of Ramulus Mori bought from five areas according to the content of flavone. Methods: With rutin as the standard colorimetry,we determined the content of flavone of Ramulus Mori from Jinan,Peking,Shanghai,Jinhua and Fuzhou. Results: The content of flavone was at the range of 0.225%～1.12%. The average recovery was 97.6%. Conclusion: The method is accurate and sensitive.It provides a reference (Pharmacopoeia of PRC) to work out its quality standard.
