珍枣胶囊对小鼠自发活动及睡眠的影响研究

Effect study of Zhenzao capsule on rats' spontaneous activity and sleep

目的 研究珍枣胶囊对实验小鼠自发活动及睡眠的影响。方法 予生理盐水、百草安神片对照观察珍枣胶囊对实验小鼠自发活动的影响及对戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠剂量的影响 ;并观察其最大耐受量。结果 珍枣胶囊能抑制小鼠自发活动 ;对小鼠睡眠的影响与戊巴比妥钠有协同作用。且剂量越大 ,作用越明显。最大耐受量为 2 94g/kg。结论 珍枣胶囊能镇静、催眠 ,且安全无毒。

Objective It is to study the effect of Zhenzao capsule on rats' spontaneous activity and sleep.Methods The effects of Zhenzao capsule on rats' spontaneous activity and the hypnotic dosage of sodium pentobarbital which under threshold value were observed and compared with physiological saline and Baicaoanshen pills. Then the maximum tolerance dosage was observed.Results Zhenzao capsule could inhibit the rats' spontaneous activity and it had synergetic effect on the rats' sleep with sodium pentobarbital. If the dosage of Zhencao capsule was more, the function it had was more obvious. The maximum tolerance dosage was 294 g/kg.Conclusion Zhenzao capsule has a sedative and hypnotics function and it is safe and nontoxic.
