摘要
"不同交往理论"是美国著名犯罪学家萨瑟兰解释犯罪的一个重要的理论。它在美国犯罪学研究史上产生了重要影响。从这一理论的9个命题出发,可以分析这一理论的积极意义及其困境,由此可以得到对我国青少年犯罪控制的有益启示。
Theory of differential Association 'is an important theory of explaining crime of Sutherland who is a famous criminologist of U·S·A.This theory exerted an important influence in the history of the study of American criminology.Analysing the nine propositions of this theory,the positive meaning and predicament of it can be seen.Therefore,it's a great help for the control of teenager crime in our country.
