公安民警职业倦怠的表现、成因及对策

On the Behavior and Origin and Countermeasure of Job-weariness of the Police

由于职业因素、工作环境、社会环境和个人因素的影响,当前公安民警存在着身心疲惫、人格缺陷、成就感降低等方面的职业倦怠。为扭转这种局面,应积极调整心态,以开阔的心境认识警察职业在新的社会条件下承担的艰巨任务;建立良好的公安工作运行机制,营造公安民警积极向上、开拓进取的良好氛围;强化爱警意识,建立并完善从优待警的长效机制。

At present, the police have job-weariness such as the tireless in body and mind, the personality defect and the reducing of achievement sense and so on, under the influence of the job factor, the working and social environment, and personal factor. In order to turn back the situation, the mind should be adjusted actively to know police bear arduous task under new social terms with open mental state; the effective operating mechanism should be set up; the fine atmosphere of pioneering and forward should be built; and ardent love for job should be strengthened to set up and perfect the mechanism of giving special consideration to the police.
