摘要
光纤陀螺用光源要求输出功率高、相干性低、稳定性好。超辐射发光二极管(SLD)是能满足这些要求的理想光源。本文介绍制作超辐射发光二极管的工作原理,制作技术难点,研究现状和今后的发展趋势。
Superluminescent diode(SLD)is an idea light source for fiber optic gyroscopes which can meet the requirements of the light source for high output power,low coherence and good stability.The principle of opearation and knotty points in babrication for the device is presented as well as the state of the art and future development trend.
