摘要
表面安装技术(SMT)近年来得以广泛应用,功绩卓著。本文叙述了SMT的工艺流程、系统装置以及目前的发展状况,并着重介绍了超表面安装技术(ASMT)及其在光电子器件中的应用。
Surface mounting technology(SMT)has found wide applications in recent years.The paper describes the technological process,system apparatus and the state of the art of SMT,but the emphasis will be placed on advanced SMT (ASMT)and its applications in optoelectronic devices.
