定数截尾试验下双参数威布尔分布尺度参数的EB估计

The EB Estimation of Scale-Parameter for the Two-Parameter Weibull Distribution under the Type-Ⅱ Censoring Life Test

考虑尺度参数为θ,形状参数为β的二参数威布尔分布.本文讨论在定数截尾试验中,当形状参数β确定的情形下,在首先给出尺度参数θ的充分统计量T的分布的基础上,给出了尺度参数θ的经验Bayes估计,且计算简单,使用方便.

Consider the Weibull Distribution with scale parameter θ and shape parameter β.Under the type-Ⅱ censoring life test and shape parameter β is fixed,the first purpose of this paper is to give the distribution of sufficient statistic T about scale parameter θ,then the expirical Bayes estimator of scale parameter θ,which can be computed easily,is given.
