摘要
本文通过对膝、足关节力学机制和指定性难度动作对膝、足关节作用力的分析,以及对参加九运会武术比赛的20名指定性难度动作训练与比赛的运动员损伤情况进行分析,以揭示关键性问题,引起运动队重视,为科学的套路编排提供依据.
The force acted on the knuckles and the ankles is related to the designed difficulty of movements and the mechanism of knuckle and ankle.By analyzing the conditions of injury of 20 sportsmen who practiced the designed difficulty movements and took part in the 9th National Sports Meeting,the paper shows that this kind of injury should not be ignored.It also provides useful information for designing reasonable movements of martial art.
