摘要
本文研究了在碱性介质中,催化显色的基础上,用二苯偶氮碳酰肼作显色剂,以抗坏血酸终止反应的催化动力学光度法测定锰.线性范围为0.2~1.6μg·mL-1,检出限为2.8×10-11g·L-1,表观摩尔吸光系数ε530=1.56×105L·mol-1·cm-1,本法操作简便,灵敏度高,用于水中痕量锰的测定,结果令人满意.
This dynamic photometric method of determination the manganese is based on catalytic apparent in alkaline medium diphenylcarbazone as apparent agent,ascorbic acid to terminate the reaction . The linear range of the determination is 0.2~1.6 μg·mL^(-1) for Mn (Ⅱ) with detection linit of 2.8×10^(11) g·L^(-1) and with an apparent molar absorptivity of ε_(530)=1.56×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 530 nm.It has been applied for the determination of Mn in the water samples with satisfactory results.
