摘要
针对离心铸造铸钢套筒生产方法的工艺特点,对金属液体的流动、传热进行分析,考虑了向心加速度和科里奥利加速度,成功建立了描述这种铸造方法充型及凝固特性的数学模型。并利用数值模拟技术,在VisualC++6.0平台上,对铸钢套筒铸件的形成过程进行了可视化仿真。实际应用表明,可以达到验证现有方案,优化铸造工艺的目的。
The liquid flow and heat transfer during the process of centrifugal casting steel sleeves was analyzed.Taking centripetal acceleration and an inertial acceleration into account, an appropriate mathematical model is built and the software is developed on the Visual C++6.0 platform. This software can simulate the forming of the steel sleeves. By practical application, the results can validate the technology scheme and optimize the process parameters.
