摘要
研究了厚度为40mm高铬铸铁-碳钢复合板水平浇注铸造工艺,并对二者复合强度进行了检测。结果表明:当先浇注的定量高铬铸铁冷却到1080~1220℃时在其上再浇注碳钢均可获得牢靠的复合铸件。
The plane casting technology of the high chromium/carbon steel composite plate(thckness 40 mm)was studied,and the strength of this composite was checked.The result shows when the temperature of high chromium which is casted first low to the scope about 1080~1220℃,well-composite casting will be gained after the carbon steel is casted on it.
