摘要
对温度均匀性要求较高的电热设备,通常采用强制循环对流的加热方式,因此风机的选型及控制对能否达到要求的温度均匀性至关重要。着重从保证设备温度均匀性的角度,探讨了如何计算循环风量,采用变频调速控制风机转速,达到节能环保的目的。
Generally forced convection circulation heating device taking gas as heat transmission medium requires high temperature uniformity. So it is very important for selection of fans and control method. From view point of ensuring temperature uniformity of the device, this paper has mainly probed into how to calculate the air quantity of fan, control fan rotational speed by adopting frequency changing speed regulation in order to reach purpose of energy saving and environmental protection.
