摘要
通过对阿赛输油管线的服役历史、运行环境、历年大修情况以及漏磁检测结果等进行分析和统计 ,发现阿赛输油管线虽然铺设时间不长 ,但管道腐蚀却很严重 ,腐蚀发展速率高 ,管道的腐蚀以电化学因素引起的外腐蚀为主 ;腐蚀发生的根本原因是由于保温层进水引起的 ;通过对阿赛输油管线 1~ 3号站之间智能检测数据的统计分析 ,发现腐蚀主要发生在管道的底部位置 ,腐蚀缺陷主要位于 1~ 2号站之间 ,占缺陷总数的 75
It found the Asai oil pipeline corrosion is very serious,corrosion development rate is high and pipeline corrosion is mainly outside corrosion caused by electrochemistry factor and the root cause of corrosion is due to entering water of heat preservation layer although the pipeline laying time is not long by the analysis and statistic of the service history,operation conditions,past years heavy repair instances as well as leakage magnetic inspection,etc..Through the statistic analysis between No.1-3 intelligence inspections data of Asai oil pipeline and found that the corrosion mainly occurs the bottom position of pipeline and corrosion defects mainly between No.1-2 station and the defects accounts for more than 75% of the total defects.
