摘要
通过对 70 5 5铝合金熔体浇铸前作用超声 ,改变凝固前熔体状态 ,研究超声作用对铸态合金相组织、力学性 能的影响。结果表明 :在约 6 5 0℃对 70 5 5铝合金熔体作超声处理一定时间后浇铸 ,能细化晶粒 。
Ultrasonic vibrations were used for 7055 aluminum alloy melt prior to pouring,thus the melt state was changed before solidification.The effect of ultrasonic vibration on metallurgical structure and mechanical properties of the as-cast alloy were studied.The results show that the grain refinement and the strength and plasticity of the alloy can be improved after ultrasonic treatment and pouring were carried out at 650℃ for 7055 aluminun alloy melt.
