摘要
利用直接蒸馏滴定———AHMT法联合测定食品中的吊白块 ,通过综合考虑甲醛含量及SO2 /HCHO含量的比值来判定食品中的吊白块存在 ,该方法科学、准确 ,样品的加标样回收率及精密度都较好。
Tested sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate in food by direct distillation titration coupled with AHMT spectrophotometer. To judge sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate in food according to HCHO and SO 2/HCHO value is a accurate and scientific method. The recovery and RSD in different samples are satisfied. The method can be used to test Sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate in all foods.
