摘要
为模拟加速度与气动力之间的关系与运行环境 ,设计了单神经元与传统PID相结合的气动力伺服控制系统 ,采用虚拟仪器技术 ,实现了离心机上离心力气动力自动协调加载。运行结果表明 ,该系统控制精度高 ,鲁棒性好 ,可靠性高。
A pneumatic force servo control system was fir st ly designed to simulate both the relation of acceleration and pneumatic force an d running environment. Then pneumatic force auto-load was realized by adopting v irtual instrument technology and PID controller of a neural network. The system performs high accuracy,robust and high reliability.
