高性能伺服进给系统的开发是数控机床的关键技术之一。本文详细描述了数控机床伺服进给系统的设计方法 ,包括传动系统总体设计 ,滚珠丝杠副的选择 ,伺服电动机选择 ,精度和刚度验算等。
Development of high-performance servo-feed syst em is one of key technology on CNC machine tool.Design method of servo-feed system on the CNC machine tool was presented in detail, including system design of ser vo feed system, choice of ball-screw pairs and its’ installation, choice of servomotor, checking computations of stiffness and accuracy of servo-f eed system.
