摘要
数控机床的传动轴在某一额定转速下工作时 ,系统会发生剧烈的振动 ,使稳定性变差 ,工作部件长期在这样的工况下极易发生损坏 ,甚至断裂 ,同时给工作人员也带来了极大的安全隐患。通过理论推导和算例分析 ,得出传动轴发生振动的原因 ,并提供了改良措施。
When the transmission shaft of a kind of numer ic al-controlled machines rotates at a rated speed ,the system will produce exquis ite vibration.At the same time,the systemic stability becomes worse than before. In this condition,the working components will attain and rupture workers.Through academic discussion and exponential analysis,the cause of vibration was judged, the amelioration measure was provided.
