A New Algorithm in Feature Extraction for Reverse Engineering

摘要 从产品的切片图象提取构造产品的各种形状特征 ,一直是反求工程中的一个瓶颈。本文根据机械产品反求的特点 ,首先通过图象处理识别出轮廓中的内外环信息 ,接着对每个环 ,找出其轮廓上的各个拐点 ,对其进行分段和多边形化 ,再采用多边形布尔运算方法对其进行分类匹配 ,找出构造产品的各种形状特征 ,以便进行三维重构。 A new solid reconstruction algorithm from cross -s ections was presented. Firstly, the contours of cross sections was extracted by image-pressing according to the character of cross-section image.Then ,the inter section of two adjacent curve segment in the contour,and the contour was obtain ed,the contour was polygonized for each curve segment.Finally, adjacent section contours was matched for feature extraction by set operation .
