折叠轴结构减振作用及其应用研究

摘要 把折叠轴单独作为一个子结构 ,建立了该子结构的有限元动力学模型 ,将有限元技术与模态综合理论相结合 ,研究了某航空发动机中一复杂齿轮传动系统的扭振特性 ,研究结果表明折叠轴对脉冲载荷有明显的减振作用 ,提出的结构合理 ,有限元模型是正确的。 A collapsible shaft, as a new structure,was br ou ght forward. In the course of study, the collapsible shaft was regarded as a sin gle substructure, and the dynamic model of finite element was established.By com bining the finite-element method and the modal synthesis theory, a programming s ystem, which can analyze the dynamic property by means of the method of substruc ture coupling for dynamic analysis, was developed on a microcomputer. The torsio n frequencies and modals were generated by the method of substructure coupling o f a complex gear driving system in an aviation propulsion. By improving the impo rtant shafts to be collapsible shafts, it is proved that the collapsible shafts can reduce the vibration of impulse load. The results show that the new structu re is reasonable, the model of finite element is accurate.
