摘要
讨论了机床进给系统中因驱动件运动速度低 ,因而产生爬行现象的自激振动机理。通过对进给系统建立运动模型 ,导出了产生爬行现象的最低临界驱动速度的计算公式 ,对生产实践具有一定的指导意义。
The mechanism of self-excited viberation caus in g climbing phenomenon because of the low velocity of driving parts in a machin e’s feed system was discussed.After building motion model of the machine’s feed system,a formula for caculating the lowest critical velocity that decides climbing phenomenon was reasoned,and will be worthable in applications.
