摘要
针对倒锥齿的特点进行分析 ,运用量球测量法中跨球距M值的计算原理及公式 ,求得相应的锥度量棒的计算式 ,并在此基础上基于MATLAB开发了锥度量棒设计的计算程序 ,并给出了应用实例。
By analyzing the characteristics of outer reve rs e tapered teeth and basing on the principle and formula to calculate the M value of the span of measuring balls in measuring ball method, calculation formulatio n of tapered pins was introduced. A computing program for tapered pins was devel oped on the basis of MATLAB, and an application example was presented.
