摘要
本文在分析制造过程中机器视觉检测系统应用的基础上 ,利用CCD摄象机、图象采集卡、运动控制卡、计算机等组成一针对齿轮外表的视觉检测系统 ,介绍了系统的工作原理 ,并给出了系统的硬件和软件设计。
Based on the application analysis of the machi ne -vision-measurement system in the cource of manufacture, using CCD camera, ima ge collection clip, movement control clip, computer and so on,a vision-measurem ent system for gear-appearance was composed. The work principle of the system wa s also introduced,and design project of the software and hardware of the system were given.
