摘要
通过仿真计算可知 ,XXJ30 0 / 5 0 0液压蓄能修井机起升管柱 ,在管柱接近行程终点时减小节流阀开口面积 ,可以减小管柱到达行程终点时的末速度 ,从而可减小各管路中的液压冲击最大压力升高值 ,达到起升管柱刹车缓冲的目的。
Through simulation and calculation,it is known t hat decreasing the throttle valve path area near the pipestring stroke end can d ecrease the pipestring velocity at the end of the pipestring stroke when XXj 300 /500 hydraulic energy-storing workover rig lifting pipestring,thus can decrease the maximal increasing pressure value of hydraulic impact in each pipeline,name ly arrive at the aim of lifting pipestring breaking cushioning.
