阐述了搬运码垛机器人的机构组成、工作原理 ,讨论了以可编程控制器为核心的机器人控制系统 ,分析了起升机构的动态响应。该机器人具有结构精巧、控制可靠、运行平稳、价格低廉的特点 ,适合于企业、仓库、码头等推广使用。
The mechanism and the operating principle of t he stacking and handing robot were described,robot control system of using PLC as core was discussed and the dynamic responses of the lifting mechanism were analy zed.The robot has the characteristic of fine configuration,controlling credibili ty,stable operation and low price.It is fit for enterprise, storehouse,dock.
