芯鞘型长丝/短纤包芯纱织物悬垂特性的研究

Research on the Drapability of the Fabric Made of Core-sheath Composit e Yarns Consisted of Filaments/Staple Fibers

用环锭纺纱机制备芯鞘型涤纶长丝 /棉短纤包芯复合纱 ,分析纱线结构表明 ,芯鞘型包芯复合纱使涤纶长丝与棉短纤维复合化 ,既具有棉纤维的风格特性 ,又有涤纶长丝的身骨 ,弥补单一组分纤维的缺陷、发挥复合纤维的组合优势。通过对芯鞘型包芯复合纱织物的悬垂性进行测试 ,织物的悬垂性能明显优于纯棉织物 ,与织物悬垂图像的主观评价一致。

The core-sheath composite yarn consisted of polyester filaments and cotton wer e spun on the ring frame. By the yarn structure analyze shows that combing the staple fiber with filament,the core-sheath composite yarn has the style like co tton fiber and has the tightness like filament,which makes up for the disadvanta ge of simple component and develop the advantage of composite fiber.By testing t he drapability of the fabrics of the composite yarns,it exhibits a drapability,w hich is better than of cotton fabric.This is accordant to the subjective evaluat ion on their drape diagrams.
