The knowledge base is the database technique that join with the traditional date base technique and artificial intelligence.That is also to say,the knowledge base can not only manage facts but also can manage the rules.This text do some change with traditional date base technique and bring up a rule presentation according to relation model and realize the process of reasoning with DBMS.
