摘要
应用传统陶瓷制备工艺制备了Ba0.65Sr0.35TiO3陶瓷,探讨了制备Ba0.65Sr0.35TiO3陶瓷的最佳工艺条件.用激光粒度分布仪测试预烧粉料的粒度分布,用XRD衍射仪观察陶瓷的物相结构,用SEM观察陶瓷的显微结构,用Archimedes方法测量陶瓷的绝对密度,用低频阻抗分析仪测试陶瓷的介电性能.实验结果表明:应用传统陶瓷制备工艺获得结构致密、性能优良的Ba0.65Sr0.35TiO3陶瓷的最佳工艺条件为:1050℃预烧2h,1390℃烧结2h.此工艺条件下制备的陶瓷的介电常数约为4200,介电损耗约0.002,密度为5.4631g cm3.
The Ba_(0.65)Sr_(0.35)TiO_3 ceramics were prepared by conventional ceramic processing and the most optimum processing was investigated.During the experiment,the particle distribution was measured by laser particle analyzer,the ceramic phase sturcture was studied by XRD,the microstructure of the ceramics was observed by SEM,the density of the ceramics was measured with Archimedes theory and the dielectric properties was measured by impedance analyzer.The results show that the most ideal processing to prepare Ba_(0.65)Sr_(0.35)TiO_3 ceramics are calcining at (1?050?℃) for 2 hours and sintering at 1?390?℃ for 2 hours.The dielectric constant was about 4?200,the dielectric loss is only 0.002,and the density is about 5.463?1?g/cm^3.
