湖北省20世纪90年代以来耕地资源变化及驱动力分析

The analysis on the changes of cultivated land resources and its driving forces

耕地资源是社会经济实现可持续发展的重要物质基础,但由于经济的发展和城镇的扩展等原因,导致湖北省20世纪90年代以来耕地资源不断减少,而且这种趋势还在持续进行.深入探讨耕地资源减少的原因成为现实经济社会发展迫切需要解决的课题之一.根据湖北省20世纪90年代以来的统计资料,分析了耕地资源总量变化的特点,揭示了湖北省17个地市州耕地变化的地域差异,在此基础上,剖析耕地资源减少的原因,提出相应的对策建议.

The implementation of economic and social sustainable development is based on the cultivated land. However, the cultivated land has dramatically decreased in the 1990s because of the economic development and unbanization etc, therefore exploring the deep reason for the phenomenon is significant. According to the statistics for 1990～2002 in Hubei Province, analyze the feature of quantitative changes in cultivated land and the regional differences. Then based on this, throw light on the driving forces which lead to the sharp decrease of cultivated land resources. Finally put forward some suggestions and solutions.
