鼻内镜下射频治疗隐蔽性鼻出血50例

Treatment of concealed epistaxis by nasal endoscopic radio frequency in 50 patients

目的 探讨鼻内镜下射频治疗隐蔽性鼻出血的疗效。 方法 2 0 0 0年 10月～ 2 0 0 3年 10月我科在鼻内镜下射频治疗鼻出血 5 0例。 结果 一次性烧灼治愈 35例 ,有效 12例 ,二次烧灼治愈 3例 ,总有效率 10 0 %。 结论 鼻内镜下射频治疗隐蔽性鼻出血止血准确、效果佳、费用低。

Objective To study the effect of nasal endoscopic radio frequency in the treatment of concealed epistaxis. Methods A total of 50 cases of concealed epistaxis underwent nasal endoscopic radio frequency in this department between October 2000 and October 2003. Results Of the 50 cases, 35 were cured and 12 improved by cauterization on one session, and 3 were cured by repeated cauterization, the total effective rate being 100%. Conclusions Nasal endoscopic radio frequency for concealed epistaxis has advantages of accurate position location and low costs.
