摘要
分析了利用测定服装辅件中Ni2+含量的化学原理及影响检测结果的因素,阐述了辅件前处理的化学方法。检测工作包括:标准曲线标定,4种样品的回收率确定,标准偏差和变异系数计算,氧化剂的加入量与二价镍含量的摩尔比应为1∶2,蔽掩剂柠檬酸适宜加入量为4~6mL。结果表明:分光光度计法测定服装辅件中二价镍含量的可靠性和实用性。
This paper describes the principle of detecting Ni2+ contentsin clothing accessories by using spectrophotometer. Its influencing factors are analyzed. The chemical method for pretreatment of the accessories has also introduced. The detection process includes: calibrating the standard curve, determining the recovery rate of four samples, calculating the deviation and coefficient of variation. The Mohr ratio of oxidizer and Ni2+ is 1∶2 and citric acid added is 4 to 6?mL. The detection results verify the reliability and usefulness of the method.
