微生物酶合成红景天苷的条件优化 被引量:11

Optimal condition of enzyme reaction for salidroside synthesis

摘要 通过对菌株Absidiasp.MS1、Absidiasp.MS2、Absidiasp.MS3、Absidiasp.MS4、Absidiasp.MS5和Absidiasp.MS6合成红景天苷能力的比较,确定Absidiasp.MS2为生产红景天苷合成酶的出发菌株。采用菌株Absidiasp.MS2发酵得到粗酶液,以酪醇和葡萄糖为底物合成红景天苷。实验确定该酶促反应最优条件为:酪醇为15g/L,葡萄糖为60g/L,反应温度为45℃,pH值为5.0,反应时间为6h。 Absidia sp.MS1, Absidia sp.MS2, Absidia sp.MS3, Absidia sp.MS4, Absidia sp.MS5 and Absidia sp.MS6 are screened and Absidia sp.MS2 is found to be capable of synthesizing salidroside. The crude enzyme is obtained by Absidia sp.MS2 fermentation and used for salidroside synthesis. The optimal condition of the enzyme reaction is as follows: tyrosol, 15?g/L; glucose, 60?g/L; temperature, 45?℃; pH, 5.0; period of time, 6?h.
