摘要
选择4种不同构造的酶,考察了酶在棉布上的吸收及其与靛蓝的污染量的关系,研究了酶、靛蓝、棉纤维的组合方式、酶的活性等因素对靛蓝污染量的影响。结果表明,酶在纤维表面的吸着呈多分子层,不含CBD的酶可以在纤维表面吸附,但不会导致靛蓝的污染;靛蓝对纤维污染通过酶的作用完成,活性酶造成的污染要大于非活性酶。
Four enzymes have been used to study the relationship between adsorbed enzymes on white cotton fabric and staining with indigo. The influences of the combination of enzyme-indigo-fabric on the staining with indigo and the activation of enzyme are analyzed. The results can be summarized as follows: the adsorption of enzymes is multi-wall, the enzymes without CBD can be adsorbed on the fibers, but can not be stained with indigo, the enzyme is the middle of fiber stained with indigo, staining with indigo of active enzyme is larger than that of non-active enzyme.
