摘要
本文借鉴模糊数学的理论,运用主观判断与定量分析相结合的模糊综合评价方法来评价企业的顾客满意风险,最后给出实例加以说明。
Based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics,this paper evaluates the venture of Customer
Satisfaction of enterprises by using the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method which combines the sub-
jective judgement and quantitative analysis with an example as the illustration.
