推出银行间外币买卖业务 深化我国外汇市场功能

继中银香港加入银行间外汇市场之后,日前国家外汇管理局又发文批准了银行间外汇市场推出金融机构外币买卖业务,以充分发挥国内外汇交易系统的本外币定价平台的功能。文章分别就设计中的银行间外币买卖业务的交易模式、清算机制、网络技术支持等问题,以及政策出台的背景和意义进行了较为详细的阐述。

After granting BOCHK's entry into the interbank FX market,the SAFE approved recently the introduction of foreign currency trading among financial institutions in the interbank FX market in order to fully explore the function of the domestic FX trading system as a pricing platform for both RMB and foreign currencies.Concerning the interbank foreign currency trading service still under construction,this paper elaborates on the trading pattern,clearing mechanism and technical network support,as well as on the background and significance of the application of the policy.
