烧制工艺对Y_2O_3:Eu^(3+)荧光粉颗粒形貌的影响 被引量:4

摘要  研究了Y2O3∶Eu3+荧光粉在高温合成过程中颗粒形貌的变化,结果表明烧制工艺对荧光粉颗粒形貌影响很大;对现有工艺进行了改进,通过预烧及掺入分散剂等方法改善了荧光粉颗粒的形貌,并获得免球磨Y2O3∶Eu3+荧光粉。 The changes of the shape of Y_2O_3∶Eu^(3+) particles during the calcination process was studied, the results show that the shape of Y_2O_3∶Eu^(3+) particles was relied on the calcination process; dispersion agent was introduced to the process, and the shape of phosphor particles was improved.
