摘要
以浓硫酸为溶剂,氯甲基丁醚、三甲胺为改性试剂,通过氯甲基化/季铵化两步反应制备了季铵化聚醚砜酮(QAPPESK)。详细讨论了两步反应的影响因素。对氯甲基化聚醚砜酮(CMPPESK)进行了1H NMR核磁表征,测试了CMPPESK、QAPPESK的溶解性和5%热失重温度。将此材料制备成纳滤膜用于染料脱盐,并考察了其耐酸性和抗污染性,发现QAPPESK是较为优异的膜材料。
Modified poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) (PPESK) was prepared with chloromethyl butyl ether (CMBE) and trimethylamine by inducting chloromethyl groups and thereby quaternary nitrogen groups into the polymer in order to obtain the ion-exchange membrane material with excellent solvent-resistant property. Factors affecting the chloromethylation and quaternization were investigated. CMPPESK was characterized by 1H-NMR spectrum. Solubilities and 5% TGA of all the products were determined. QAPPESK nanofiltration membranes were prepared and applied in the separation between methyl orange dye and NaCl. The acid-resistant and pollution-resistant properties of these membranes were further investigated. The results show that these membranes have excellent chemical stability and can be expected to apply for dye bath wastewater treatment in industry.
