摘要
包头钢铁厂的平炉尘含铁量高,粒径微细,并以γ Fe2O3为主。经过提纯分级可以作为生产超细磁性材料的原料。在有二价Mn2+离子存在及避免氧化的条件下,将平炉尘转化为超细尖晶石型铁酸盐MnFe2O4。并对其磁性进行了研究,测定了磁滞回线。
The open-heath dust of Baotou Iron and Steel Company was fine in particle size, its iron content is high, mainly exits in g-Fe_2O_3 type. After purification it can become raw material for magnetic material. Applying principal of topotactic reaction in the same crystal class, in the presence of bivalence metal ion and preventing from air oxidizing, the dust was transferred to spinal ferrite MnFe_2O_4. The magnetic properties of spinel ferrite MnFe_2O_4 were studies, but magnetic hysteresis loop were determined.
