人工全髋关节置换术后早期康复训练及功能评价

Functional evaluation and early rehabilitation training after artificial replacement of total hip

目的:研究人工全髋关节置换术后康复训练及相关因素,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:对136例进行康复训练,78例获得全程随访,50例未进行康复训练,45例获得全程随访均采用Harris评分评价训练效果。结果:术前1周及术后2周时2组患者Harris评分比较,差异无显著性意义;术后3个月及6个月时Harris评分比较,差异有显著性意义(t=2.146,P<0.05);术后2周时2组患者髋关节脱位及下肢深静脉血栓情况比较有明显差异。结论:人工全髋关节置换术后早期康复训练对于患者避免髋关节脱位、下肢深静脉血栓及早期下地活动有重要意义。

AIM:To study the rehabilitation training and related factors after artificial replacement of total hip,so as to provide basement for the clinical treatment. METHODS:Totally 136 cases underwent rehabilitation training, and whole follow up was completed in 78 cases.Another 50 cases did not undergo rehabilitation training, and 45 cases were followed up.All training effects were evaluated with Harris grade. RESULTS:The difference of Harris grade of 2 groups was not significant 1 week before operation as compared with 2 weeks after operation; but it is significant 3 months after operation compared with 6 months after operation,(t=2.146,P< 0.05);2 weeks after operation, dislication of hip joint was significantly different as compared with deep vein thrombus(DVT) information for the 2 groups. CONCLUSION:Early rehabilitation training after artificial replacement of total hip is significant for patient to avoid dislocation of hip joint and DVT, and it is also significant for the patients to do the ground exercise in earlier period.
