组织工程化组织的低温冷冻保存研究 被引量:13

摘要 低温冷冻保存是活体组织长期保存的一种有效方法,主要通过降低细胞的代谢率来起到保护作用,冻伤是低温保护最大的负反应,其原因可能为冰晶所致的机械性损伤和渗透性损伤,组织与细胞冻伤的防治是低温冷冻保存成功的关键,目前研究主要集中在降温与复温速率的选择、防冻剂的应用和玻璃化保存等3方面。组织工程化组织是功能细胞与支架材料体外构建的具有生命的组织,同样实用于低温冷冻保存,已证实经过低温保存的组织工程皮肤具有良好的效果,但其他组织工程组织在低温保存方面的研究还需进一步深入,特别是防冻剂配方组合和防冻剂含量、降温和复温程序与速率以及降温所至温度的选择等。
