摘要 背景:孕中期人胎儿创伤后无瘢痕愈合,目前研究的障碍之一是缺乏合适的动物模型。目的:建立人胎儿无瘢痕愈合的动物模型。设计:完全随机对照实验研究。地点和对象:实验地点在第二军医大学长征医院整形外科完成,对象为BALB/c裸鼠,雌性,6~7周龄,体质量(20.0±1.0)g,由上海医药工业研究院动物房提供。孕龄为20~24周、因创伤等原因流产的胎儿背部皮肤,孕妇身体健康,由第二军医大学长征医院妇产科提供。干预:将人胎儿皮肤移植到裸鼠背部皮下,制造切口建立动物模型。于移植术前、移植术后7d及创伤后3,7,14,120d取标本。主要观察指标:创面愈合的过程的大体及组织学观察。结果:人胎儿皮肤移植后成活,切口愈合后无瘢痕产生。结论:该模型是人胎儿无瘢痕愈合机制研究比较合适的动物模型。 BACKGROUND:One of the obstructions in the research about the scarless healing in human wounded fetuses is the absence of suitable animal models. OBJECTIVE:To establish animal models of fetal scarless healing. DESIGN:An totally randomized controlled experimental study was conducted. SETTING and PARTICIPANTS:The experiment was completed in the Department of Plastic Surgery,Changzheng Hospital,Second Military Medical University.The subjects were BALB/c female nude mice,aged 6-7 weeks old with body mass of (20±1.0) g,provided by the Animal House of Shanghai Medicinal Industrial Institute and skin of fetal back was provided by the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Changzheng Hospital,Second Military Medical University.The pregnant women were healthy who aborted because of wound,etc.during a pregnant period of 20-24 weeks. INTERVENTIONS:The fetal skin was transplanted into the subcutaneous parts of nude mice and incisions were made to set up animal models.The specimens were extracted before and 7 days after transplantation and 3,7,14,120 days after wound. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Gross and histological observation of the healing process of wound surface. RESULTS:The human fetal skin survived after transplantation and there were no scars after the incisions were healed. CONCLUSION:The models are the relatively suitable animal models in the research about the mechanism of fetal scarless healing.
