Initiation of fracture repair and regulation on molecular level

回顾近年来有关骨折修复及其相关因子在此过程中的不同作用和研究进展的相关文献,总结骨折修复启动过程及关系紧密的调节因子的作用,探讨干预此过程的方法。发现在骨折修复过程中,其启动具有明显的特征,启动的同时其相关因子参与其中每一个环节。在分子水平上,骨折修复的启动有其特殊的相关因子如骨形成蛋白、转化生长因子-β等参与调控。

To investigate the initiation of fracture repair and regulation on molecular level. Literatures concerning fracture repair and effects of correlative factors in the process reported in recent years were reviewed. The initiation in the process of fracture repair and the effects of the correlative factors were summarized to probe into effective methods to intervene.During fracture repair, the initiation had particular character and the correlative factors were concerned with the process. The correlative factors regulate the initiation of fracture repair on molecular level.
