摘要 广泛分布于中枢神经系统的乙酰胆碱所介导的胆碱能传递系统在自然睡眠的发生和全麻作用机制上都起着至关重要的作用。中枢性乙酰胆碱与全麻药的作用机制、自然睡眠及体温、皮肤感觉刺激的关系。 The cholinergic transmitting system mediated by acetylcholine(ACh) that distributes widely in the central nervous system plays an important role in the occurrence of natural sleep and the acting mechanism of general anesthesia.This paper reviews the relation between the release of central acetylcholine and the natural sleep,body temperature and the sensory stimulation of the skin as well as the acting mechanism of general anesthesia.
