基于系统观点探讨纺织产业升级

Discussion on Upgrade of Textile Industry Based on System View

目前对我国纺织产业升级的研究多采用技术进步的方法 ,即通过技术的开发、引进和创新 ,人员素质的提高 ,制度创新和结构调整等来推动产业结构升级。这些因素属于产业系统的内生性变量 ,毋庸置疑对纺织产业升级的作用非常关键 ,不能忽视。但是纺织业并非是一个独立、封闭的系统 ,在关注纺织产业系统内生性变量的同时 ,对外生性变量 ,比如市场需求、劳动力的相对成本、其他产业的发展和产业政策等因素的研究必不可少 ,否则措施的探讨将缺乏操作性和现实性。提出要基于系统的观点 。

At present, research of Chinese textile industry upgrade often applies technological advance methods, i.e. through development, introduction and creativity technique, improving human predisposition, creativity institution, and regularization structure and so on to push on industry structure upgrade. All of these factors belong to internal variable of industry system, which play an important function. But because textile industry is not a independent and blocked system, at same time, textile system internal variables are noticed, for external variables, such as market demand, labor force relative final cost, others industry development, industry policy and so on, should research, otherwise discussion on measure will be short of operating and actuality. Discussion on upgrade of textile industry based on system view is brought forward from internal variables and external variables.
